With nearly two decades of experience, Dr. Claudia Kritz is a clinical psychologist at the Oregon Department of Corrections in Wilsonville. In addition, she is a certified forensic evaluator, who has experience treating patients with a history of animal abuse, violence, trauma, and personality disorders. Earlier in her career, Dr. Claudia Kritz served as the chief psychologist at the Oregon State Hospital in Salem.
Dr. Kritz earned a doctor of clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and is licensed to practice in the state of Oregon. She maintains memberships in the American Psychological Association and the Oregon Psychological Association.
In her spare time, Dr. Kritz enjoys art. She has a fond appreciation for abstract metal sculpting and for critiquing interior design. She also practices meditation and yoga to relax. An advocate of animal rights, Dr. Kritz makes time to support Animals and Society, Inc., and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
