About Christopher Marvin Lee

Hurst, Texas, resident Christopher Lee is a successful attorney who, along with his business partner Weldon “Reed” Allmand, established and serves as a partner of Texas’ largest bankruptcy law firm Allmand & Lee, PLLC. Christopher Lee and his colleagues work fervently to prevent the foreclosure of homes, repossession of vehicles, and other setbacks to clients who have declared bankruptcy or are experiencing severe financial difficulties. A Texas Wesley University School of Law graduate, Christopher Lee maintains his professional development through several statewide and national organizations.

Limiting his scope of practice to bankruptcy, IRS settlements and negotiations, and credit card negotiations, Christopher Lee sustains licensing to work in the U.S. District Court’s Northern and Eastern districts of Texas. Additionally, Christopher Lee networks locally with area attorneys through the Tarrant County and Dallas County bar associations. In addition, Christopher Lee obtains guidance and supports his fellow young lawyers as an active member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the Tarrant County Young Lawyer Association.

Nationally, Christopher Lee participates in the world’s largest voluntary professional group, the American Bar Association (ABA). Christopher Lee joins approximately 4,000 other constituents of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) in representing consumer debtors in the Legislative and Judicial systems and helping to shape policies regarding bankruptcy. Additionally, Christopher Lee assists in research and education on issues related to insolvency as a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the American Consumer Bankruptcy College.

Prior to attending law school, Christopher Lee graduated from Indiana State University in 1999, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. At Allmand & Lee, PLLC, Christopher Lee contributes to a preeminent legal team that includes Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and Abilene Christian University graduate Weldon “Reed” Allmand. In addition, Christopher Lee works alongside staff attorneys Mathew F. Wegner, who practices bankruptcy law; Sharmila Bharwani, who limits her scope of practice to immigration, collaborative law, and bankruptcy issues; and Mark Toronjo, who handles bankruptcy law cases.

Christopher Lee and his associate Weldon “Reed” Allmand oversee Allmand & Lee, PLLC’s three offices, located in Dallas, Hurst, and DeSoto. Heading a staff with more than 20 years of experience, Allmand & Lee, PLLC is the largest volume filer of consumer bankruptcy cases in Dallas. Additionally, Allmand & Lee, PLLC attorneys regularly file cases in surrounding regions and cities, including in Addison, Duncanville, Cedar Hill, and Garland.
