Having studied the culinary arts under celebrated chefs such as Vincenzo Provino, Pierre Manor, Daniel Boulud, Christian Doulevere, Jean Louis Pallidan, and Mike Depirito, Chef Joe Ciminera brings an extensive catalogue of talent to his television show Taste This T.V.! Eager to demonstrate the magic of cooking to fans across the United States, Joe Ciminera developed Taste This T.V.! to introduce new tastes and preparation techniques to those who are eager to broaden their skill set and palate. To date, Joe Ciminera has brought Taste This T.V.! to locations such as Boston, Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles with planned trips to Italian olive farms, renowned wineries, and many other exotic locales. With a variety of co-hosts, including housewives, fans, celebrity chefs, and actors, Taste This T.V.! reaches out to a diverse audience.


In addition to sharing his talents through Taste This T.V.!, Joe Ciminera is the author of two books, “In the Weeds” and “Joseph Ciminera’s New American Cooking.” The creator of unique fare, such as Asian Cannoli, Italian Wontons, and Italian Sushi, Joe Ciminera is widely praised for his masterful combinations of flavors and textures and is critically acclaimed for his Braised Short Rib and Monkfish Roulade, Trio of Blinis at the Circus, Wild Scottish Hare with Cassoulet, and Casserole of Bronzini with a Classic Sartu.


Beyond his work with Taste This T.V.!, Joe Ciminera has maintained an active interest in fighting childhood obesity. After two years of intensive research, Joe Ciminera has put together an invaluable DVD detailing techniques, approaches, and a seven-day day meal plan to get parents and children on the road to developing healthy and nutritious eating habits.
