In his two-decade career, Carlos Legaspy has established himself as a leading business executive and investment banker. Since 2009, Legaspy has worked as President of Precise Holdings, LLC, a San Diego-based consulting company devoted to restructuring corporations. Prior to assuming his current role, he served for seven years as President of Precise Investment Management, where he oversaw all aspects of business development, securing the company’s ongoing success. In this position, Legaspy transformed a fledgling start-up into a leading multinational business with assets totaling $500 million.

Dedicated to excellence in financial management, Carlos Legaspy assists domestic and international corporations with corporate debts, portfolio management, and a broad array of complex financial transaction transactions. Legaspy began his career in financial services in 1991, as a Senior Vice President of the New York office of Serfin Securities. After three successful years in this role, he opened the company’s branch office in San Antonio, Texas.

Subsequently, Legaspy worked as Managing Director of Investment Placement Group, a California-based wealth management and brokerage firm. He also served as a negotiator for Intelligenics, Inc., directing Chapter 11 bankruptcy negotiations for Singer do Brasil, the Brazilian affiliate of the Singer Sewing Company.

An industry veteran, Legaspy possesses experience at managing a comprehensive range of complex business transactions, including corporate debt restructuring, alliance formation, and strategic planning. Dedicated to professional development, Carlos Legaspy possesses licenses in Series 7, 24, 9, 63, and 65 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He previously served as President, Treasurer, and Board Member of San Diego’s Diversionary Theater, and has filled the position of Group Chair for the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Passionate about rugby, Carlos Legaspy plays the sport locally for the San Diego Ancient Aztecs, in addition to coaching the San Diego Armada Football Club, a local Men’s Division IV Rugby Team. In addition, he volunteers as an Executive Committee Member and Open Division Representative for the Southern California Rugby Football Association. In his spare time, Legaspy enjoys spending time with his extended family, SCUBA diving, and watching movies.
