About Candace O'Brien

Founding Advocates for Surrogacy in 2009, Candace O’Brien established a comprehensive surrogacy and egg donation program with operations in America and Guatemala. Serving the needs of clients worldwide, Candace O’Brien provides guidance and necessary information regarding the procedures and various options available to potential surrogate mothers and intended families. An expert in assisted reproductive technology, Candace O’Brien provides advice to intended parents and surrogates, prepares surrogacy agreements, negotiates terms, and functions as a liaison between hospitals, state officials, and others to facilitate the surrogacy process.
