Bryan Brewer of Orlando, Florida, has established a diverse record of achievement as an entrepreneur and executive. He has found success in the finance, real estate, aviation, and sporting goods industries. The recipient of a bachelor of science in economics and international studies from Marist College, Bryan Brewer served in the U.S. Marine Corps, during which time he earned certification as a Russian and Serbo-Croatian translator and traveled the globe.
Following his return to the United States, Mr. Brewer settled in Orlando, where he has since become the chairman and chief executive officer of Trax Capital Management, a real estate financing and acquisition group with a large portfolio of distressed residential and commercial properties throughout the Southeast. Over the years, Trax Capital has managed more than 75 transactions, comprising in excess of $800 million in total volume. In addition, Mr. Brewer oversees the affiliated bank loan and REO servicing company Trax Financial, title insurance provider Trax Title, and the charter flight and pilot training firm Trax Air (previously known as Air Orlando). Outside of the Trax family of companies, he owns and operates WatersEdge SUP, a paddle board manufacturer located in Clearwater.
Active in community service, as well, Bryan Brewer takes part in an extensive array of charities in the greater Orlando area and beyond, helping individuals and families alike. Among these organizations, Mr. Brewer supports the Children’s Home Society of Florida and its foster care transitional residence, The Faine House; the Y-Guide parent-child programs of the YMCA; and The Ryan Ruano Aviation Foundation, which provides pilot training scholarships to deserving students. He has also given to the American Heart Association.
