Trained as an accountant then opened one of the first computer stores in 1978, Microdigital in Liverpool. Sold out to a major retailer and went through their management training mill.
Was instrumental in the marketing and growth of two of the early video game companies, Imagine and Codemasters. Left to set up All Formats Computer Fairs. Ran over 1,000 of these events very successfully until the internet damaged the business model.
Rejoined Codemasters in senior marketing capacity. Left as part of the management changes when the vulture capitalists arrived.
Now dabbling with various online activities to keep my hand in whilst waiting for a new opportunity.
My main hobby has been SCUBA diving. I have qualified as a PADI instructor and with IANTD up to Full Trimix.
