A seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare and business administration industry, Brian Effron currently serves as the President of Healthcare Administrative Partners, LLC, the company he founded in 1996. As President, Brian Effron oversees the business model and plan for Healthcare Administrative Partners, as well as company marketing, profitability, capital requirements, vision, and strategic direction.
In the 15 years since founding Healthcare Administrative Partners, Brian Effron has expanded the firm's service market from a single state to include several states. Mr. Effron earned a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University. After completing his undergraduate degree, Brian Effron pursued graduate studies at Northeastern University and Boston University. Mr. Effron then began his career in the healthcare administration industry as a Consultant for Professional Management Services, a company now owned by McKesson Corp.
As a consultant, Brian Effron worked in financial management and business oversight, acting as a service liaison for Professional Management Services clients. In recognition of his excellent work, Mr. Effron gained a promotion to Vice President at Professional Management Services. Brian Effron created the Mid-Atlantic Division of Professional Management Services and oversaw its development in the ensuing years. Brian Effron also expanded Professional Management Services' range of services to include more than one business line and recruited an industry-recognized management team.
By the end of his 15 years with Professional Management Services, Brian Effron had advanced to become the company’s President. In this capacity, Brian Effron created and implemented a new technological direction for the company as well as several business marketing plans.
As a nationally recognized healthcare industry leader, Brian Effron organized and oversaw the merging of Professional Management Services with Medaphis Physical Services Corporation. After the companies combined, Brian Effron stayed on for two years as Regional President, restructuring the company's organization to increase efficiency and increase technological development and utilization.
