Leasing more properties than any other agent in his region, Brandon Daniel Fugal has represented some of Utah’s largest office projects, including RiverPark Corporate Center, which occupies 1.7 million square feet and functions as Utah’s largest office park; the $100 million Cottonwood Corporate Center; and the mixed-use, freeway accessible Pleasant Grove I-15 Interchange. Over the past 10 years, Brandon Daniel Fugal has leased over 5 million square feet and handles over 1,000 transactions. His dedication and diligence have afforded him the opportunity to represent a variety of high-profile clients and he strives to serve all their needs, working up to 16 hour days. In order to build upon his network, Brandon Daniel Fugal maintains involvement with NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and the CCIM Institute. An active member of his community, Brandon Daniel Fugal serves as Chair of the Museum of Natural Curiosity at Thanksgiving Point and a member of the Foundation Board at Utah Valley University. In his free time, Brandon Daniel Fugal creates music with his band, Supplicant, reads books by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child, and remains up to date on current events. He and his wife, Lacey Fugal, reside in Utah County.
