• Personally responsible for the successful execution and management of a 3.5 billion AED residential tower construction project in UAE
• Providing developmental support in the pre-construction phase of two additional high-calibre building projects to include site establishment and bulk excavation
• Delivering safety and training requirements during construction in accordance with master programme guidelines
• Providing cost analysis/control, devising plant and labour schedules, material ordering and creating daily allocation sheets
• Supervising and guiding a team of construction managers, site engineers, section managers and foreman whilst administering the efficient implementation of on site construction activity
