Bradley Marshall



After graduating from the University of Washington, Seattle resident Bradley R. Marshall has gone on to achieve great success as a sports contract negotiator and an immigration and international law attorney. A double major in English literature and religious studies, Bradley R. Marshall also actively participated in student government while studying at the University of Washington. Two years after receiving his Bachelor of Arts, Bradley R. Marshall enrolled in the University of Washington’s School of Law. As a law student, Bradley R. Marshall demonstrated fierce support of individual rights – principles and personal ethics he continues to stand by today. Bradley R. Marshall’s career is marked by multimillion dollar settlements for numerous ethnic minority parties against discriminatory corporations and institutions. An important highlight of Bradley R. Marshall’s legal accomplishments is his filing of a racial profiling class action lawsuit against the City of Seattle and the Seattle Police Department. In response to Bradley R. Marshall’s case, the City of Seattle mandated that cameras be installed in each of the city’s police cruisers and forced a second look at how the Seattle Police Department treats the city’s minority population. When not running his law firm, Marshall Federal Law Practice, LLC, Bradley R. Marshall spends his time pursuing another passion in his life: the ministry. The son of a minister, Bradley R. Marshall was ordained a minister in the Church of God in Christ. Before turning his attention to a legal career, Bradley R. Marshall served at ministries in Los Angeles, Tacoma, and Seattle. Today, Bradley R. Marshall is still heavily involved in the church and has spoken at various ministries, professional conferences, and universities nationwide on a variety of subjects, presenting talks titled “God Loves Short People,” “Personal Responsibility Today and Tomorrow,” and “Crisis Management for the Unsuspecting Celebrity.” Bradley R. Marshall, his wife Cynthia, and their two sons are active members of their local church, where they participate in children’s education, chorus, bible studies, and church steering committees.
