Throughout his career, workers’ compensation and injury attorney Bradley Dworkin has maintained involvement in a vast array of educational, professional, and personal endeavors. Following high school, Bradley Dworkin enrolled at The University of Iowa. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in 1987, Bradley Dworkin gained admission to Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. Over the next three years, Bradley Dworkin demonstrated a steadfast commitment to his coursework at Case Western, receiving his Juris Doctor in 1990. Upon graduation, he relocated to Illinois, passed the Illinois Bar Exam, and launched a practice. For the past 20 years, Bradley Dworkin has developed expertise in workers’ compensation law, earning widespread recognition in the process. As senior partner and founder of the Chicago-based Law Offices of Dworkin & Maciariello, Bradley Dworkin is one of the premier workers’ compensation lawyers in the state, with an exemplary record in his field. At present, Bradley Dworkin and his colleagues at Dworkin & Maciariello have represented successfully more than 10,000 clients on all matters of workers’ compensation, resulting in millions of dollars in settlements and judgments. Bradley Dworkin holds statewide acknowledgement for his work as a 2005 Illinois Super Lawyer. In addition to his work at the Law Offices of Dworkin & Maciariello, Bradley Dworkin has shared his expertise in all matters of workers’ compensation with fellow attorneys as a continuing legal education instructor at the National Business Institute and Lorman Education Services. He holds membership in several legal and professional organizations, including the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association, Ltd.
