Deliver Executive for critical MOD and Secure Government Accounts. Reporting to the Defence Executive Board and EMEA leadership. Overall responsibility/Management of 500+ delivery and managed services staff. Cost Ownership £500m p.a. Responsible for delivering managed services and new business solutions/growth. Currently supporting a number of key business and technology transformation activities across Defence and Security to rationalise both the existing workforce and enterprise infrastructure. Direct accountability for financial performance and productivity of ITO services and capability. In addition primary responsibility for Talent Management for ITO Defence employees within Defence and Security.
