About Bob Steimle
Robert Steimle has more than three decades of experience as an industry leader for a variety of manufacturing and industrial firms in the Midwest. Currently, Robert Steimle serves as Regional Controller at Janesville Acoustics, Inc., in Norwalk, Ohio.
As Regional Controller, Robert Steimle brings over 30 years of experience to Janesville Acoustics, Inc. His diverse occupation provides him opportunities to liaise with some of the nation's top companies in the manufacturing and automotive parts industries. Robert Steimle has been integral in creating cultural changes in financial and accounting areas that increased overall accuracy and revenue.
Robert Steimle proved his skills for negotiations and operations when he assisted in directing two major acquisitions for his former employer, Dana Corporation, a Fortune 500 vehicle product manufacturer, in Toledo, Ohio.
After successfully leading Dana through the stages of acquiring Eaton and directing the financial transition into international business through the purchase of a Volvo location in Sweden, Robert Steimle accepted a position with MANN+HUMMEL USA Inc., where he demonstrated his managerial talents by guiding large teams across several locations and tiers within the firm's many plants. Robert Steimle served as General Manager at Toyota Boshoku America, Inc., where he supervised the plans, projects, and goals of a large and comprehensive team of individuals.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Robert Steimle later earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Indiana, where he was an active member of Sigma Iota Epsilon Honorary Society for scholastic achievement. A voice for education, Robert Steimle has served on the Board of Directors for Michigan Technological Education College and Indiana Vocational Technical College.
When not working, Robert Steimle enjoys golfing and playing the piano. Mr. Steimle attends the theater and classical music performances.
