Bob Nicholson is a Client Project Manager/Director with wide ranging experience in the delivery of capital projects for property developers and end-user clients.

Expertise includes: the engagement of multi disciplinary project teams and managing them through the development process from identification of user requirements, via feasibility, business case, design, procurement & construction, to handover; tenant & purchaser liaison; technical inputs to appointments, contracts & agreements for lease; and budgetary control.

Management style: supportive, problem solving, relationship building and encouraging innovation in order to create the strong, proactive multi disciplinary teams which deliver projects on time and within budget, and achieve business objectives.

 

Projects successfully managed include commercial, high density residential and mixed use developments, regeneration schemes, and a £30m end-user capital works programme.
