Over the course of his successful career in dentistry, Dr. Blaine Cusack has treated many patients through holistic and biological dentistry. He utilizes a comprehensive system that includes standardized blood tests.
Prior to his career, he graduated with honors from the Loyola University Chicago School of Dentistry in Maywood, Illinois, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1984. Dr. Cusack previously attended Illinois Benedictine College (now Benedictine University) in Lisle, Illinois, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1980.
Today, Dr. Cusack serves numerous patients at La Grange Jaw Pain Management in La Grange, Illinois. As a board-certified biological dentist and member of the Holistic Dental Association, Dr. Blaine Cusack is also an active staff member at two institutions, Adventist Hinsdale Hospital and Adventist La Grange Memorial Hospital. He also serves as a Diplomat of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, American Academy of Orofacial Pain, and the American Academy of Pain Management. He also participates in numerous other organizations. In his free time, Dr. Blaine Cusack contributes to his community as Dental Director at the DuPage County Jail.
