Bill Jeffries previously served as Vice President of Program Operations for Home News, Inc., a broadcasting company based in Stockton, California, that owned nine West Coast radio stations. Jeffries helped grow the organization financially, taking it from $8 million to $45 million at the time of its sale in 1993.
