We started our company based on the need for a personalized and customized approach to career transition versus a 'cookie cutter approach" Our mission is: To do whatever it takes to assist individuals in taking the necessary next steps towards successful career transition and to serve as a transition partner and resource to client companies in times of consolidation, downsizing and changes resulting from reorganization, mergers or acquisitions.
