In 1993, Barry Marcus co-authored Unique Value: The Secret of All Great Business Strategies, a highly respected and successful business book. He received numerous accolades for the book’s clarity and usefulness as an executive and management tool to develop business growth strategies. Naoyuki Kondo, Executive Managing Director for Mitsui & Co., Ltd. said that Barry Marcus’ book “is very important, as we are witnessing so many cases around the world where have-been-successful firms failed to cope with the changing environments.” The principles explained and demonstrated in the Unique Value book have proven effective in practice.
