About Barry Krisko
Recently, Barry Krisko of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, moved his financial services offices to a new location in an old stone house on North Market Street. He currently acts as a top producer for the diversified financial services holding company Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., and soon plans to expand by adding another Office Assistant as well as two Financial Advisors. As a Branch Manager and Financial Advisor for the company, Barry Krisko provides clients with a host of financial services, including estate and retirement planning, mutual funds, stocks and bonds, life insurance, and annuities. In addition, he deals with high-net-worth individuals and manages fee-based accounts. A lifelong resident of Elizabethtown, Barry Krisko remains a trusted, familiar financial expert in the community. He holds membership in both the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) and acts as a certified Life and Health Insurance representative. Barry Krisko also holds Series 7, 9, 10, 63, and 65 certifications.
Barry Krisko began his career in a very different field when he joined Forbes, Inc., upon graduating from Temple University in Pennsylvania. He assumed the role of Assistant to Steve and Kip Forbes, and took responsibility for representing Forbes Magazine and flying high-ranking officials around the country for personal speaking engagements. Those who used the private jet, called Capitalist Tool, included British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, President Ronald Reagan, and Mikhail Gorbachev. Barry Krisko’s foray into the financial industry began with a nine-year tenure at Edward Jones, where he soon distinguished himself by opening an Elizabethtown branch for the company, becoming a top producer, and training new brokers in the area.
Over the years, Barry Krisko has belonged to a host of organizations, many of them in an advisory role, including the Elizabethtown Commerce of Chamber, the Rotary Club of Elizabethtown, and the Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church. Mr. Krisko also supports a number of charities, including the PGA Children’s Foundation, American Red Cross, and Special Olympics. When he has time away from his professional responsibilities, he enjoys watching sports, and lists the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New York Yankees among his favorite teams. A physically active individual, Barry Krisko can also be found boating; playing tennis, football, and baseball; and weight training during his free time. He loves spending time with his family, often traveling with his wife and two children for leisure.
