Baron Auto Mall’s founder, Ron Baron, opened the outlet in 1995 and has since sold thousands of pre-owned cars to a variety of customers. Convenience lies at the center of much of Baron Auto Mall’s design. Before visiting the mall in person, customers can visit its website to browse vehicles and compare total mileage, estimated fuel efficiency, and 360-degree photos. Traveling to the mall, too, is manageable: located 200 yards off the Long Island Expressway, Baron Auto Mall beckons customers from the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. The showroom remains open 7 days per week and boasts an indoor inventory of more than 50 vehicles, which customers can browse comfortably in all kinds of weather. 

Baron Auto Mall emphasizes quality when selecting vehicles to add to its lineup. After choosing certified vehicles at auctions, Baron employees then examine and certify the cars a second time, according to the mall’s standards. Ron Baron considers the mall a family business and his employees do as well. After working at Baron Auto Mall since its opening, one employee even celebrated her 50th wedding anniversary there.

Baron Auto Mall offers its customers financing for its vehicles, as well as trade-ins for older cars. The company supports children who play Amateur Athletic Association (AAU) basketball in New York’s inner-city neighborhoods, providing them scholarship opportunities. Baron Auto Mall also sponsors local police associations.
