Austin Rolnick oversees property acquisitions and investment partnerships as a managing member of Typhon Realty, based in Mountainside, New Jersey. Actively seeking out real estate opportunities, he works with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure capital for the firm’s projects. Austin Rolnick also directs the efforts of subsidiary companies that furnish mechanical equipment for the maintenance of apartment complexes. Additionally, he serves as an owner and manager of the company’s commercial properties.
Away from the office, Rolnick enjoys a wide range of entertainment, from listening to electronic dance music and opera to watching New York Giants and Miami Hurricanes football games. He also likes to read novels, the Wall Street Journal, and works of nonfiction. His favorite authors include J. D. Salinger, James Bradley, and Michael Lewis.
Austin Rolnick completed his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami School of Business Administration in 2012. At school, he studied finance and real estate investment and joined Sigma Phi Epsilon.
