Participation in legal Aids special for the SC/ST at ISI, New Delhi.
Participated Gender Research in Health, MS University, Vadoadara

Particapted in Risk and deliquency Mangement, Nagpur.


Experience:

1. Working as project executive with Reserch and Development unit of ESAF in the nagpur city and also participating in research of unpaid labor of women contribution to the GDP.

2. Worked as project co-ordiantor with ESAF for last one year. The project aim to Greater Gender Equality Through Increased Male Involvement in Reproductive Health & Household Issues.

3.Worked as Branch Manger with ESAF for two years in the field of Micro Finance to the community in the state of chhatisgarh. Involved in grass root level through monitoring and various approach to reach the target.

4.Worked with HDSI, Chandrapur, Maharashtra as programme co-ordinator for past three years. Here I was involved in rural hospital activities with responsibility of maintaining finance activities.

5. worked with EFICOR, a national based NGO, as Community Development Organizer trainee for one year and worked as CDO for the period of one year. Here I got trained with various approaches of development, social issues, theory of development and social analysis. In the following periods I acquired skills, behavior, and attitude for a community developer.

6. Worked as a Teacher in Bhubaneswar Urban Development Project (Project of World Vision of India), from four years with child care progrmmes.

ESAF Micro Enterprise Development (MED) provides a broad package of financial and business development services to the socially and economically challenged women and men for creating opportunities to enable them to operate their own productive economic activities. Since the inception of ESAF MED in 1995 on an experimental basis and its expansion from 1998, we have seen the impact on people's economic status, which undoubtedly improved their family life style, social status, and self esteem. MED programme enabled them to address their economic needs. Experiencing the impact of Micro finance / enterprise programme, Board of ESAF decided to extend our activities to the un-reached regions of Central & North India states. Thus we started our operation in 2004 June in Chhattisgarh state and expanding to Maharashtra, Jharkhand & Madhya Pradesh states. The PRACHODHAN operation is co-ordinating from Nagpur Services ESAF’s Micro Enterprise Development (MED) provides a broad package of financial and business development services to the socially and economically challenged women and men for creating opportunities to enable them to operate their own productive economic activities.
