1. Rate analysis of Extra and Deviated Items.
2. Detailed Study of B.O.Q, Technical Specifications and incorporating the various factors coming out of Contracts
3. Reconciliation of materials.
4. Work done reconciliation & other documents.
5. Sub contractor bill preparation and checking M.B of Sub-Contractors.
6. Sub contractor correspondence & sub-contractor reconciliation.
7. Preparation of work orders for Sub-Contractors.
8. Regular Contractual Correspondence with Clients.
9. Quantification of Acceleration measures taken and submitted to Client for extra billing.
