After leaving Mpower Communications, Arthur Oscher aided in the success of the digital investigations company Guidance Software Inc., a globally recognized business that provides security software solutions for law enforcement and corporate government organizations. Honing his recruitment skills, Arthur Oscher focused on hiring staff proficient in sales, support, and technology.
In 2007, Arthur Oscher drove the human resources recruiting process for Sunnyvale’s Fujitsu Limited, the world’s third-largest information technology service provider with headquarters in Minato, Tokyo. Arthur Oscher later worked for AT&T’s San Ramon telecommunications department, where he recruited nearly 300 prospective employees on a national basis.
