Currently, Antonio Rotolo works as the Executive Chef for the Millennium UN Plaza Hotel in New York City. His position with this hotel includes managing the kitchen staff, training purchasing staff, launching the re-opening of the Ambassador Grill & Lounge, and improving food quality and cost control. Antonio Rotolo started his career at The Drake Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. He accepted the position of Demi Chef in 1996 and worked on the grill for restaurant for a year. After this position, Antonio Rotolo secured the role of Banquet Saucier at the Tavern on the Green in New York City. He later received a promotion to Chef Saucier, where he produced all sautéed items and a la carte sauces. Antonio Rotolo then worked at the Marriott World Trade Center as the Chef de Partie and Chef Saucier. Lastly, Antonio Rotolo has won a number of awards over his long career. Antonio Rotolo received the New York World Trade Center Marriott MVP in 2000, Marriott Marquis Manager of the Month in 2004 and 2005, and most recently, the Marriott Marquis Saved One Million in Food Cost Award in 2007.
