Anthea Armar - Professional Summary: Owner of Optimum Outlook since November 2006, Anthea has over 7 years of training development experience. Starting out as an administrator for a Market Research company, she quickly worked her way through the ranks by displaying innovative ideas and putting her IT experience to use. She began training colleagues how to use the systems she had developed and managed the learning and development for all staff within the company.
After completing her degree, she worked for a year and decided to take the plunge and set up her own consultancy, Optimum Outlook, which encompasses the concept of becoming more, through training. Offering Bespoke Training Development to businesses to aid with new system rollouts, upskilling of staff or just general refreshers, Optimum Outlook can create a training course to suit. Local Authority - Developing the training programme for the new corporate electronic document and records management system (IBM FileNet P8). Main focus on business change, a total of 350 trained.
Recruitment - Delivering Siebel CRM for Sales v7.8 training to approximately 8 recruitment agencies across the world.
