DIVISIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER 2006 - 2007
Appointed to set up & run a new trading division consisting of 80+ branches. Responsibilities included delivering sales of £34m p.a. achieving profit targets, improving service levels and availability, establishing a Customer Contact Centre, managing & developing a central support team and field based team of regional managers.
