A Sheffield MBA graduate with strong analytical skills, Mrs. Bogdanovska Djurovic is a Freelance Researcher and Analyst, with ten years experience covering three areas of work:

• International donor projects (5yr.)  as a Program Manager for the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and for AHT International on program management and administration;
• University Lecturer (3yr.) in the areas of Management and Marketing at two private Universities (both affiliated studies of American and British Universities) and one State University;
• Business analysis and development (2yr.) as a Product/Business development manager for T-Home and T-mobile.

Currently working on her PhD in the area of Strategic Management - Dynamic Capabilities and Knowledge Management,  Mrs. Bogdanovska Djurovic possesses strong analytical quantitative and qualitative research skills, knowledge of software as SPSS, ATLAS.ti, and the more general packages of Microsoft Office and Visio.

With knowledge and experience in application of project management methodologies as are PMI and Prince2 and skills in the use of Microsoft Project , she is an experienced Project Manager and a good communicator with strong conflict-management skills.
