He has an in-depth understanding of business and is skilled in all aspects of development with a particular emphasis on scoping, design, delivery and implementation. He has worked with many large organisations in various industries including; IBM, Post Office Ltd., Fortis Insurance, Royal Mail and First Choice. His successes have seen him set up an international call centre, develop a worldwide management development programme and implement a learning & development strategy from scratch.
With a reputation for innovative solutions and a challenging yet relaxed approach, Andrew has established himself as a truly inspirational trainer and coach. His intention is to push the boundaries of learning practice and achieve sustainable results through original thinking and inspired action. Andrew has a pragmatic approach to training interventions and is keen to see sustainable benefits from any intervention he is involved in. He is seen as an authority on learning and development and has had articles published in many leading training publications.
In 2006, Andrew set up Trainer Bubble Ltd., which provides training solutions to many large organisations in over 30 countries around the world and is now recognised as one of the leading providers of training resources and course materials on the internet. The website has gone from strength to strength and its services are used by thousands of companies including; local councils, NHS, Disney, Capita, HBOS, Hilton and Mowlem. As well as providing accredited training materials for sale on the website, Andrew is keen to develop one of the largest collections of free training resources on the internet and takes great satisfaction from the fact that these resources are used by thousands of trainers every day.
Andrew is also the Operations Director for the Chrysalis Programme, which aims to change the world of offender development and rehabilitation through behavioural change. He has worked on the programme since its inception and has played a key role in bringing the idea from concept to reality. The 12 module programme is now fully accredited to BTEC Level 2 standard, providing participants with a much needed qualification and a route back into mainstream society. It is currently being implemented in several prisons throughout the country. After two years of working on this project whilst sustaining his other work, Andrew is extremely proud of this success.
Andrew is married with two children and says that he doesn't want to get a life, because he feels like he has four already.
