About ANDREW SPENCE
Andrew has extensive experience of delivering change in HR, working with leading outsourcing and consulting companies including Accenture, Deloitte and Hewitt for the past 13 years.
Most recently Andrew had a senior role at Deloitte in the Human Capital Consulting practice in London. He has successful led the design and implementation of a number of high-profile service delivery transformation programmes for clients including NHS Trusts, Global Banks, BP, The Department for Transport, Morrisons, Ford, Global Products Company, Global Transportation Company, Global Health Group and UK Public Sector Department.
Andrew established Glass Bead Consulting to focus on helping clients achieve their HR Transformation goals.
