Andrew Liput is the Managing Attorney of Liput Law Offices PC, based in Boonton, New Jersey. An active member of the community, Andrew Liput is a founding member of the Board of Trustees and the current Executive Director of Bridge the Gap Ministries, a charitable organization dedicated to supporting children and families in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania since 1999. Andrew Liput graduated cum laude from Drew University in 1984, earning a B.A. in Political Science and Economics. He then attended the Fordham University School of Law, receiving a Juris Doctor in 1987. Currently, Andrew Liput is working on a Master’s degree in Theology from the Northwestern Theological Seminary in Port Richey, Florida. Andrew Liput became involved in 1999 with Bridge the Gap Ministries, which was originally known as Giving Something Back on Long Island. In his work with this charity, Andrew Liput oversees the donation of time, money, and supplies to dozens of groups working on behalf of children and families in need. Bridge the Gap Ministries is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Andrew Liput and the team at Bridge the Gap Ministries organize a yearly Thanksgiving food basket program, and in 2010 distributed more than 100 Thanksgiving dinners, complete with turkeys and side items. During November and December 2010, the organization collected and distributed more than 1,500 toys to children on Christmas Eve. As Executive Director, Andrew Liput has organized donations from Bridge the Gap Ministries to a variety of charitable groups, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, the Coalition Against Child Abuse and Neglect, Feed the Children, and Operation Toy Box. Andrew Liput is also a founding board member at the Suffolk Center on the Holocaust, Diversity, and Human Understanding, Inc. In his free time, Andrew Liput enjoys writing, and has published four books, a play, and screenplays. He coaches Tri-Town Little League and serves as an advisor for the Mountain Lakes Student Film Festival. Andrew Liput resides in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey.
