Andrew Komarnyckyj

 

 

I am the Director of a niche legal practice delivering legal services such as wills and probate in innovative ways to the public and to other professionals. I had a successful career in sales and marketing prior to qualifying as a solicitor.

 

I studied law by correspondence course while working full time, and was awarded two prizes for achieving the highest marks nationally in one of my law exams.

 

During my legal career I have been the head of the Probate Department for two leading West Yorkshire firms of solicitors, at one of which I became a partner. I have over 15 years legal experience working exclusively in the field of wills, trusts, tax planning and probate.

 

I left conventional legal employment in March 2009 in order to establish Wills, Probate and More, my own niche legal services company, and to be free to comment on the legal profession as an outsider. I now divide my time between legal practise and writing.

my aims are to enjoy what I do, have fun while working, and run a profiatble business.

I have a very conventional home life - I am married with two grown-up daughters.

I enjoy socialising, drinking, television, reading, keeping fit and Judo.
