• Significant player in the management team that took Edotech from profits of £2m to £12m over a period of three years
• Via a mixture of acquisition and contract wins, he helped transform Edotech from its £15m buy-out value to a £130m price tag at the time of its sale in 2004
• Negotiation of significant outsourcing contracts such as a £55m contract with BT for all billing
• Successful conclusion and integration of five acquisitions
