Since 1996, Dr. Andrew Elkwood has performed cosmetic and reconstructive surgery at The Plastic Surgery Center in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. With extensive experience in nerve reconstructive surgery, Dr. Andrew Elkwood also holds expertise in microsurgical cancer reconstruction, limb replantation, and microsurgery. He has been featured in several articles on nerve transplants, including pieces in The Wall Street Journal and the Atlantic City Press. Dr. Andrew Elkwood possesses many academic achievements, which include participating in the six-year accelerated Bachelor’s and Master’s degree program at the Union College in New York. Most recently, Dr. Andrew Elkwood acted as a Research Consultant at the Boston University Healthy Policy Institute.
