Andreas Gulunay is an Aramean poker player who holds a German citizenship. Before turning to poker, Andreas Gulunay was a bricklayer, but apparently, his hands in poker turned in a better payday. Andreas Gulunay has made it to the final table at the prestigious EPT poker tournament held at Dortmund, Germany, last February, 2008. Facing some young and talented poker players, the match came down to a fabulous heads up between Andreas Gulunay and the eighteen-years old Canadian Mike McDonald. The final hand was an exciting one, where Andreas Gulunay tried to bluff the third time but was called by McDonald and lost to be placed 2nd. Cashing such a big prize amount of €528,500, which equaled at the time $782,180, is new to Andreas Gulunay. He hasn’t had much experience playing poker tournaments. Rather, Andreas Gulunay manages evnts of poker tournaments, and he used to play Black Jack before trying the Hold’em around the poker table.
