Educated at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine of New York University, Dr. Amiya Prasad earned his Doctor of Medicine in 1988. Dr. Amiya Prasad gained residency experience at Beth Israel Medical Center and Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center. Pursuing a career in plastic surgery, Dr. Amiya Prasad completed a fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. In 1995, Dr. Amiya Prasad finished a preceptorship in ear, nose, and throat/facial plastic surgery at the Baylor College of Medicine.
