My Biography

First Born to a Middle class immigrant family in Israel 1971, my father a restaurant owner from Morocco and my mother have migrated from Iran.
As a child growing up in a family that both parents did not come to a mutual understanding as to the where-about they should raise our family, we have been moving around between USA and Israel until their final separation in 1984.
During that period of time my mom has settled in Israel with my brother & Sister and I have decided to migrate to San Diego USA and live with my father.
Studied in San Diego Hoover High school, was outstanding student in Electronics, science and mathematics.
From as far as I can remember myself I have always revealed interest in those fields and business.
I have started programming Basic using the first computer to be lunched to the home based market in the US called TRS 80 from Tandy Corporation (Radio Shack), My programming projects as hobby ware video games and programs that have mapped our galaxy in motion consuming time and calculations. I have migrated to Israel in 1988 Studied Electricity and graduated from ORT Shapiro High School with Electrician degree in 1990 with one choice in mined to serve the army in Israel or to migrate to the United States.
I have migrated to NY started managing a used car dealer Operation and past on quickly to marketing professional audio & video equipment in an electronics store during the day time.
I was an outstanding sales person in the firm and have introduced and marketed several profitable products that have extended the company’s revenue by 25% in 1 year.
During the evenings I was ether outliving NY, playing Music or learning Radio Frequency and mastering Dbase 3+. DBXL programming.
Got married in mid 1991 and by 1992 I was already a father to my son Adam and have established my first corporation, Meteor Paging Inc.
Meteor Paging was actually a repair and programming lab for pagers & cellular phones including a store front Office for our billing that was reselling pagers and cellular air time with local paging coverage around the NY state tri state area and Nation wide coverage.
The company was growing rapidly with established reselling agreements with a wide range of products reselling most of United States major airtime carriers such as Page Net, MCI, ATT WorldNet, Sprint and NTT Communications.
In 1993 my daughter Ellie was born and we have decided to migrate to Israel by 1997 to register my son to 1st grade in an Israeli School.
During 1993-1997 I have started researching the Israeli market for the establishment of Compunet an Israeli ISP (Internet Service Provider).
In 1997 I have sold 50% of Meteor Paging and migrated back to Israel with My wife and 2 kids and started a New Corporation in Israel O.B.L Computer Networks DBA Compunet.
in 1999 I have sold the rest of my shares in Meteor Paging and invested the funds in Compunet . www.compunet.co.il has invested since then in the establishment of several websites and corporations that are generating income from the Net e-commerce business including Netpay Ltd in the year of 2003.

Currently I am a managing director and the C.T.O of Netpay ltd, a Payment Service Provider. Our focus for the coming years is to enlarge our products marketed to the e-commerce industry providing them not only credit cards processing but also banking products such as A.C.H, Bank transfers, prepaid debit cards, e-wallet, P2P transfers and e-commerce marketing platform.
