Directed projects and provision of the firm's IDOX (document management) and UNIform (service delivery) solutions for 23 local governmental clients. Developed and implemented strategies to maximise functionality / availability for large and small authorities; played key role on a 6-person team covering the South of England. Spearheaded programmes to deploy IDOX and UNIform at new client sites and to enhance services for existing customers.
