About Alferd T. Culbreth
Alferd T. Culbreth’s entrepreneurial vision has contributed to the expansion of telecommunications, satellite, and computing technologies worldwide. His companies, White Light Telecommunications Corp.; TelTec Communications, Inc.; and TelCoCuba provide telecommunication services in the United States, South America, the Middle East, and a multitude of other regions throughout the world.
Beginning his career in telecommunications as a Technical Engineer for Telex Computer, Alferd T. Culbreth gained valuable experience and an intricate knowledge of computing equipment, from mainframes to computer chips. Following Telex Computer, he moved to Digital Equipment Corporation, where he operated as a field engineer for clients such as The Coca-Cola Company and the U.S. Military.
After a few years working as an engineer, he switched gears and became Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SOLID Computer Corporation. Alferd T. Culbreth developed the SOLID Computer Corporation’s U.S. and European markets, and his management skills led to consistent notable earnings with clients such as NASA. From there, Alferd T. Culbreth moved to AT&T to serve as a Data Network Consultant, where he again achieved top sales records. He ranked in the top 1% of the sales force and won the SVP Award four times.
Alferd T. Culbreth’s engineering and sales skills laid the groundwork for his future enterprises. He commenced his entrepreneurial endeavors as the founder of M5COM Corporation. This first business extended across four continents, providing services worldwide and earning over half a billion dollars in sales. He then went on to found TelTec Communications, which supplies countries in Central and South America and the Middle East with affordable, quality telecommunication technology and services.
Alferd T. Culbreth’s multi-faceted repertoire of knowledge has earned him recognition in his field, and his entrepreneurial ingenuity has led him to launch several thriving companies that provide valuable telecommunication services across the globe.
