Alain Templeman

Entrepreneur and investor Alain Templeman is adept at juggling involvement in multiple companies and projects. One of Alain Templeman’s current positions is with RecruitHire.com, of American Fork, Utah, where he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. RecruitHire is an online service that provides employers with well-matched recruiters, simplifying and streamlining the hiring process. Through Alain Templeman’s oversight and management of RecruitHire’s marketing and overall operations, the company now works with roughly 10,000 recruiters and employers in various industries. Another of his achievements was the founding of Frontline Executive Search in 2006, a recruiting firm specializing in the community banking industry. With Alain Templeman’s guidance, Frontline Executive Search expanded from 1 person to over 20 staff members, growing to a $2 million operation along the way.

In 2009, Alain Templeman became involved with the start-up firm mPowering Networks, a personal finance management (PFM) company. The proprietary software utilized by mPowering Networks helps individuals and private investors get a clear picture of how their investments are performing, giving them the tools they need to devise sound strategies for saving and investing. The top-level, state-of-the-art security features offered by mPowering Networks require no addresses, social security numbers, or account information from its customers, ensuring complete anonymity and peace of mind for clients. In addition, Alain Templeman was a principal investor in NanoNutrients, LC, a Utah-based biotechnology company that, among other things, removes toxins and impurities from water at the nanoparticle level with its Unique Cellular Transport System (UCTS).

In the early 2000s, Alain Templeman saw a promising future in another Utah-based company called XanGo, LLC, which manufactures mangosteen juice and a myriad of other health, skin care, and wellness products. Since the days when he became an early distributor for the company, XanGo has grown to include over a million independent distributors in more than 22 international markets.
