An IT Programme/Project Manager with 27 years’ experience within a corporate environment, combined with a full array of in depth technical knowledge & skills. A versatile all-rounder with an on-going, solid record of accomplishments, emphasising a broad range of skills, this is supported with personal training & development. Offering a conscientious, structured approach to Project & Programme Management through the use of industry recognised methodologies such as Prince2 & MSP to deliver the corporate requirements & business change, whilst maintaining a pragmatic response under pressure.


During the last year, I have been delivering the EE Digital Portal & eShop infrastructure for TSL in support of the EE first to the post delivery of 4G LTE. This has allowed me to gain & utilise skills in the transformation from a current live service into a fully integrated FMO service with no interruption to the current business operations, while maintaining all SLA’s. Since the successful completion of this Programme in October 2012, I have now been moved on within T-Systems to deliver the internal EE Customer Management Framework to allow for the delivery of all services required by CSR's to deliver support to EE customers through one single sign on Portal; this ensures the best customer experience when calling EE for assistance. I am a conscientious individual with a can do attitude to all aspects of delivering a total solution into live Service Delivery Teams.

Programme Managed

•             End to end delivery of Everything Everywhere 4G LTE Digital access, eShop, billing platform & DB warehousing

  • Digital infrastructure – end to end delivery of all infrastructure, staging & Production
  • Integration of FMO while utilising CMO reference data with no interruption of service
  • Matrix management of multi company teams to ensure the correct skill set was in place when required
  • Connectivity between CMO & FMO infrastructure to allow for delivery deadlines
  • Full lifecycle planning through to closure, risk, issue & relationship management was key to the delivery
  • Delivery to extremely tight deadlines – Project kick off May 2012 – go live 0800 on 30th October 2012
  •          Delivery finalisation of Frankfurt DC Consolidation Programme – 34 clients
    • 34 clients, 2 DC migrated to a new instance
    • Implementation of churn devices in new location to allow for migration & decommissioning strategy
    • Migration of devices to the new instance through physical shift & transformation
    • Plan & execute decommissioning of redundant devices followed by safely disposing of  data & device
