Adam Victor

For the past 30 years, executive and entrepreneur Adam Victor has occupied a unique position in the energy development industry, amassing notable accomplishments in the clean coal, natural gas, and oil fields. In his present role as Chief Executive Officer of TransGas Development Systems, LLC, Adam Victor focuses his efforts upon power generation projects in New York and West Virginia, promoting the use of clean energy in his company’s endeavors. Founding TransGas Development Systems in 2005, Adam Victor has built his firm into a recognizable clean coal power developer in the greater New York region and has consulted with such major energy companies as ConEd. Adam Victor and the team at TransGas Development Systems LLC develop and operate cogeneration, synthetic fuel generation, and coal gasification facilities for clients across the country. Additionally, Adam Victor’s company is perfecting designs for a coal-to-liquid (CTL) facility.

Prior to the formation of TransGas Development Systems, Adam Victor owned and operated Gas Alternative Systems, through which he built various cogeneration plants, most notably the Project Orange facility in Syracuse, New York. A highly successful international enterprise, the Project Orange power plant supplied electricity and steam to residents in New York and Ontario from the 1990s into the last decade. Previously, Adam Victor served as a Metallurgical Engineer for Lonrho Mining Company and Anglo American, PLC, along with tenures at Gulf Oil and Saudi Aramco. A graduate of both Cornell University and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Adam Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from these respective institutions. Adam Victor lives and works in New York City.
