About Adam Galland
Adam Galland - Professional Summary: Founded by Adam Galland and his brother in 2004, Innovative Matrix in San Clemente, California, is a rapidly growing customer relationship management (CRM) system for retail oversight. The product of years of development, Innovative Matrix streamlines the entire CRM process while organizing data, managing customer information, and providing statistical analysis. Innovative Matrix allows businesses to personalize virtually every aspect of the system, resulting in improved efficiency and organization. Galland co-founded the company after encountering myriad CRM issues with his previous business endeavor, Dirty Worx. Headquartered in Provo, Utah, Dirty Worx serves as one of the nation’s leading privately held waste management companies, providing landscaping and yard and waste maintenance. As the Founder, Owner, and Chief Executive Officer of the enterprise, Adam Galland developed the company from the ground up and personally created strategies for continued growth. He started Dirty Worx in 2001, shortly after graduating from Westminster College in Salt Lake City with a Master of Business Administration. He previously attended Brigham Young University for his undergraduate studies, earning a degree in economics. Aside from his entrepreneurial pursuits, Adam Galland competes in mountain bike races throughout Southern California as a member of Team VeloSport. In 2010, he posted a notable top-15 finish in the grueling, 56-mile Vision Quest mountain bike race. Galland also runs long distance and has finished the Southern California Half Marathon. An active community advocate, he volunteers with the local scouting program and performs charity work through the local Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He also donates to the Boy Scouts of America, ProtectMarriage.com, and the Friends of Scouting campaign. During his limited free time, Adam Galland enjoys reading the works of Dan Brown, David Baldacci, and Vince Flynn.
