Founded in 1999 by Harvard Business School graduate J. Michael Cline, Accretive LLC has helped foster the growth of a wide variety of technology-based corporations, including Xchanging, Accretive Health, and Accolade. Accretive LLC Managing Partner J. Michael Cline brings years of experience working within the venture funding arena to Accretive LLC, as well as the knowledge gleaned from starting several businesses of his own. Prior to creating Accretive LLC, J. Michael Cline served as a General Partner and Managing Member of General Atlantic Partners, an international frontrunner in private equity investing.

Accretive LLC Vice President Jared Kaplan joined the venture capitalist firm in 2004. A former Investment Banking Financial Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co., Jared Kaplan specializes in mergers, financial strategies, and acquisitions of small and large corporations. The recipient of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Jared Kaplan helps direct the strategic development of First Cardinal, a workers’ compensation provider, and AlphaStaff, a human resources outsourcing enterprise, as a Board of Directors member for both companies.

Alon Krashinsky graduated from the University of California Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and the Stanford Graduate School of Business before bringing his talents to Accretive LLC. A former Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, Accretive LLC’s Alon Krashinsky commands an accomplished career in strategic marketing and service operations. Prior to working at Accretive LLC, Alon Krashinsky built Access Recruiting, a recruitment firm connecting recent college graduates with technology companies.
