Worked as a Technical Knowledge Engineer (TKE)  from May 10th 2005 - April 15th 2007 at Etilize:
•  Developing content for AIDC/POS and IT domain with major expertise in Automatic Identification Data Capture & Point Of Sale
•  Provided support to Technical Experts of AIDC/POS and IT domain
•  Worked single handedly as an Image Processing Expert (IPX) for NIMAX Project (AIDC/POS)
•  Coordinate Production Forecast, Manufacturer/Category and SKU Prioritization

 

Worked as a Category Manager (CM) from April 16th 2007 - Nov 2008 at Etilize:

•  Knowledge of working with AIDC/Point Of Sale Manufacturers like Zebra, Symbol (Motorola), Honeywell (formerly Handheld), Epson, Unitech, Sato, Datamax, Cognitive, MMF Cash Drawer, PSC (Datalogic), DENSO, Brother, M-S Cash Drawer, Magtek, Metrologic (Honeywell), O'Neil, Star Micronics, Samsung Bixolon, Weigh-Tronix etc.
•  Train and provide technical support to Production Content Experts on IT/CE, AIDC/POS & Professional Photography domain
•  Train and evaluate Certified Trainers for providing trainings on the assigned categories
•  Keep check on daily production in order to maintain data quality and consistency on IT/CE, AIDC/POS & Professional Photography domain
•  Maintain Standardization of Templates including coded values and compliance to global standards set by Product Manager Taxonomy
•  Maintain Standards/Technology documents per category explaining the template and extraction rules regarding it
•  Support production issues related to extraction, accessories, related products, and product images corresponding to IT/CE, AIDC/POS & Professional Photography domain
•  Perform analysis for quality comparisons with competitors such as CNET, ICECAT and others
•  Provide technical support to internal and external customers on daily basis for updating content
•  Build Keyword Search for IT/CE and AIDC/POS

•  Identify Audit requirements and areas to be audited
•  Develop and maintain a checklist for the areas to be audited
•  Identify the non-compliance activities and report to QAM
•  Prepare follow up Audit plan and make sure that the identified issue has been resolved completely
