Mr. Pouncy leads CWF Solutions in catering to a variety of food service departments, including those in the National Guard and various schools, prison systems, hospitals, and retail groups. Aaron Pouncy and CWF Solutions also provide clients with a wealth of connections in information technology, engineering, and telecommunications to improve staffing procedures with innovative search mechanisms. Formerly the manager of a number of food service ventures, from independently owned restaurants to corporate-run franchises, Mr. Pouncy also pursued academic studies in the field of hotel and restaurant management at the University of Minnesota, Crookston. A resident of St. Paul, Minnesota, Aaron Pouncy enjoys riding motorcycles, fishing, camping, coaching youth baseball, and cheering on his son at sporting events. Mr. Pouncy also remains committed to helping others, and he generously donates to charities such as the Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, Special Olympics, and National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.
