His role at 382 Communications includes providing innovative solutions for individual clients in order to promote brand loyalty and a favorable customer experience. Always focused on the customer, James Palmisano developed innovative, award-winning e-support systems. Staying abreast of trends in the industry, he keeps membership with trade associations such as ContactCenterWorld and Mobile App Developers. He received his degree from University of Phoenix and earned admission to MENSA.
